Mr. & Mrs. Campos

Desiree & Aaron were were wed at the beautiful House of Worship of the Church of Christ/Iglesia Ni Cristo in Long Beach, CA followed by a lovely reception with their 400 guests at Balboa Bay Club & Resort in Newport Beach, CA.

Their colors were Black, Apple Red, and White. We added the Damask print to add a little flare to it. Dominant flowers showcased were Red Roses with some White ones as well. To commemorate her Father, Desiree had blue ribbons attached to her 3 sisters bouquets and her Mother's corsage. Because there was a high volume of tables, with 400 guest, we went ahead and did 2 types of centerpieces to give some variety to the room. The centerpieces consisted of tier vases of red roses with draping jewels and the other black Manzanita Tree with red roses and draping jewels. Very dramatic, but very elegant!

Desiree was great to work with and was one of the most unstressed brides I've every met. =) Thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Campos for choosing BFD!!! Wishing you the very best in life!

Hello Purple & Fuschia!

The first time I heard of this color combination, I had my doubts, but the more I worked with it, the more it stood out. They are both GORGEOUS colors! And... let's just say... they've come to compliment each other very well...

Take a look at Amparo & Chester's Wedding BFD was able to design with their Fabulous colors!

Loved her bouquet with the purple stripe ribbons!

Her Bridesmaids...

Oh the BEST Candy Station!

A natural touch with fuschia orchids on a modernized Manzanita Tree for the reception table.

Couple decided on 2 different centerpieces. One of which was a tier submerged set with floating candles for that romantic feel.

Second Centerpiece was a bouquet of roses formed into a dome in a glass cylinder vase with purple ribbon

Sweet Heart Table... need I say more? =)

Thank you Amparo & Chester for choosing BFD!!

Choosing your Bridal Bouquet

Angping-Chin Wedding Sonoma, CA
Bouquet consisted of Calla Lilies and hints of Orchids

There is a huge array of styles when it comes to choosing or styling your wedding bouquet. Many bouquet designers can help you in choosing the best fit for you as a Bride. As I usually tell my Brides, "It's all about you!" When selecting the ideal design for you, here are some factors that need to be considered.

Here's a list you can consider as you decide to choose the right bouquet for you.

  1.  Keep in mind your wedding dress’s style: modern, traditional, etc.
  2. Consider your taste. Choose wedding bouquets which have designs that are appealing to you.
  3. The design of the wedding bouquets should also suit your style. Experimenting would work, if you like to try new things.
  4. Take your time. However, make sure you set a time frame so that you can still make changes before your big day.
  5. Consider selecting a size and shape that suits you best. Consider the shape of your body. You would want your bouquet to blend well with the shape of your body and you are comfortable with.
  6. Always make sure the flowers you choose are the ones which can really show the style of your special day.

FALL in Love...

Hershey & Clint have the greatest love story and in September of 2011 they were able to make their "Happily Ever After..." come true...

Hershey & Clint were wed at the Church of Christ/Iglesia Ni Cristo in the local of National City, CA, where the Bride grew up. They wanted to carry out a Fall season theme. Their colors were a variety of oranges, yellows, golds and creams. Hershey had various ideas in mind and BFD went ahead and made sure we arranged them on their special day.

I've known the Bride for quite some time. I couldn't think of the perfect people to be together. They share the same faith and the kindness people admire. Clint & Hershey were meant to be! I can't thank you both enough for allowing BFD be a part of your special day. May God bless the both of you through your journey of love...

Melissa & Marlon are the sweetest people I've ever met. They were wed in September with a Hollywood theme in gorgeous Pasadena, CA. They were wed at the Church of Christ/Iglesia Ni Cristo in the local of North Hollywood and the lovely reception followed at The Westin of Pasadena.

Their primary colors were Salmon and Silver with hints of Fuschia. For some added flavor they also hired BFD's Candy Station and added their unique Step and Repeat wall for a paparazzi picture taking fiasco their guest I'm sure enjoyed!
